konea service failed/konea created failed
In my environment, almost all agents are disconnected, after checking the Konea service can't run. and have trouble running it. I just found this and it's stuck. Is there a way other than reinstalling the agent?
Have you tried to install the Agent on a Windows physical or virtual machine with just Windows installed to test?
Anti-virus or other security software installed in the Windows device may be preventing the Agent executable's from being installed correctly or running.
I suspect this may be an AV issue.
What version of SMA?
What version of Agent?
What version of Windows?

You are using a unsupported version of the Agent, depending on the version of the SMA (Kace Appliance) the Agent may not long work with the server version you are using.
