Linux Flavour

Can anyone suggest a good version of Linux for a home user?

I'd like to load it up and have a play around and won't need to tax it with big applications. Just the usual stuff like browsers, e-mail, messaging etc.

Thanks.

Hi there,

I suggest you try Ubuntu and/or PCLinuxOS. Both are easy to use and can be tested as a Live CD before installation.

Good luck!
