Matching Agentless Inventory to Manual upload
Hello,
I am basically doing asset management in the K1000 box for the first time. I have a spread sheet in which I have a list of Surface Pro Tablets we have in the office and have it designed for a Kace upload in csv format with the correct headings. I changed the matching type to Bios Serial number so they will align and this works for around 75% of the upload but then others I get duplicates.
As seen in the picture the top entry is one I uploaded manually which is under the sub group 'Surface' and the one below is one picked up by agentless inventory ......Now I know this computer is on the network and there should be no reason its not linked to the agentless entry but its not and when I click into it I try to assign it to the device but its not available to me.
Am I doing this wrong ? I am racking my brain on this.
