Monitoring the health of RAID Controllers on all Dell Precision computers using KACE
Is there a way to monitor all the systems in my office to check if there's a degrading hard drive on a RAID system? DO I need to install anything on the users Precision RAID System?
How do we add proactive monitoring of these systems using KACE (for example, if a drive in a RAID fails, how can I get an email alert).

You would probably be best off leveraging something like Dell Command | Monitor for this: http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/enterprise-client/w/wiki/7531.dell-command-monitor
With regards to the K1000, If you can find a command line instruction that gives you the detail you need, you could feasibly create a custom inventory rule to return the information and then report on it.
