MS Hotfixes issue. A warning for deployers.

I came across this over the last couple of 16 hour days....trying to sort it out.

MS has just released some new hotfixes which should be approached with some caution.

Hotfixes # 22 and 24 have a large issue attached to them which is currently undocumented.

If you apply these patches together they are fine. But if you try to roll them back together they will leave the workstation is a state that requires a full rebuild. The machine will go into a constant loop.

The reason is the they require a reboot for both fixes and if you dont have the reboot between them you end up in trouble. this goes against what is considered normal practice to use the built in QChain facility of MS Hotfixes
