Need Script to Install MS Office VL Serializer as post install using K2000

I build Monolithic images for our Advertising Labs, Everything works fine except that in the reimaging process, the MS office license breaks, I can run the Serializer manually and all is well, but what s the fun in that, if I can get it to work as a Postinstall in KACE that would be better, I do believe it is just a matter of putting a .plist file in
Library/Preferences, but it requires a admin password to do so. really could use the help, thanks

  • Thanks for the answer, yes we have the serializaton, it works fine to manually serialize Office, but when we try to run it as a Post Install Task in K2000 it does not work, I am thinking that I have the install script wrong
    "installer -pkg /Users/hasadmin/Documents/Microsoft_Office_2016_VL_Serializer.pkg -target /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD"

    the Package is located in the named location, any help would be appreciated

When you download the Office 2016 for Mac installer from the Volume License site it should include a package for serialization. Installing that package after imaging will serialize the Office installation.
