Need to uninstall old version of Flash Player AFTER Windows 10 1607 Upgrade

A few clients have Adobe Flash Player 24.0.0.221 still installed AFTER a Windows 10 1607 deployment upgrade. Since Flash Player is built into Win10, I can not  do a manual uninstall from Program/Features.  An information box comes up saying the client is running the latest version of Adobe in IE - which is version 25 that was delivered Patch Tuesday for the built in Flash Player in Windows 10.

I'm hoping someone has been successful in removing the old version which will quickly become a security issue if it remains outdated.

Thank you for any help on this topic.

Uninstall with a batch file. Find the uninstall GUID here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/msi-guids-windows.html

and uninstall with a batch like:

@echo off

MsiExec.exe /X{BBFE8F5D-C440-45C7-B9C5-B6445D2C9B56} /QN

exit
