New field in queue form

I'm Kace's new user

I want to create a new field in a service queue.
in which, the user who opens the ticket, can select the user that wants to benefit from the ticket.  

The beneficiary user, is already registered in Kace

It is designed so that VIP users, do not open the ticket, your assistant has to do it, but, I must state for who the ticket really is.

Red Belt
Service Desk, Configuration, Queues. 
Select the appropriate queue. 
Click Customize Fields and Layout.
Under Layout Ticket Fields, select a custom field that you aren't currently using and click the Edit button.
Set the permissions to User Create and set the Label.
Save the changes to the field.
Find the corresponding custom field under Custom Fields and click the Edit button.
Set the Field Type to User (note, that this is causing my browser to lock up at the moment)
Save the changes to the field.
Save the changes to the queue.
