No Dell Update Packages for clients....
On my Kace trial installation it seems that Kace doesn't download updates for DELL client systems (Latitude, optiplex....).
The system is reporting an updated status but the advanced search with "System Brand: Client" reports an empty list....why?

Try updating the 'Dell Update Catalog', Be patient, Let it finish the download and it should be fine.
