NOt sure why this is in the history
Several of the KACE tickets have this in. Not sure why this appears in the history. Any ideas (same device)

I would guess that the computer mentioned was deleted from the inventory. Tickets have a device associated with them, even if the field is hidden, it still gets populated (as far as I know). When that device is removed from the inventory, the ticket gets updated to reflect that.
