NPS/Radius server Upgrade

Hi,

I am planning to upgrade my Radius server from Windows server 2008R2 64bit to Windows server 2016. Since this is just an upgrade and not migrate do I need to perform any tasks prior? I will take a VM snapshot as a fallback point.
