Office 2019 Auto-Signing in with FQDN and can't use OneDrive

I am attempting to deploy Office 2019. Install goes fine, but when I launch any of the products, it auto-signs me in as "myadusername@ad.myorg.com" and since that is not correct, OneDrive does not work at all (either using the OneDrive app or trying to save to OneDrive from the Office apps). I did have our AD admin change my User Principal Name to "myadusername@myorg.com" which changed the office sign-in to the correct thing, but OneDrive still did not work.

I am looking for one of the two solutions:
1) Disabling the auto sign-in completely, so Office will still say "Sign in to get the most out of Office" and the user can correctly sign in

2) Fix auto sign-in so it authenticates correctly and the user can correctly use OneDrive without manually signing out of the incorrect one and signing in with theres.

I have already done the following:
Deleted the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities

Thanks guys
