Software Question

Office Excel 2007 Pro is missing data from one of the user's worksheets.

User has four worksheets created and each are named something different. Lets call them A,B,C and C will open showing the user's data and A,B will not even though they are there. We have tried reinstalling Office. Resetting the User folder and deleted all temps and shortcuts. User is on Win7. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks

  • I assume the worksheets work properly on a different computer? Sounds like a bad hard drive could be the cause. Run a Scandisk & Defrag or replace the hard drive and try it again.
  • I logged onto the PC with my creds and it works fine. So I think the HDD is working properly.
