Openmanage Essentials 2.1 Alert Settings
Good day to all,
I am trying out Openmanage Essentials 2.1 on a test bed (Server 2012 R2 Standard Eval). I went to set up the alert filter the same as I did on the live version I have running on another server (Ver 1.3). The problem seems to be that where as on 1.3 when I set alerts up it they would appear on the dashboard with no issues. Same with email alerts, they work fine. However with 2.1 the Alert filter once I create it shows up as "Alert Ignore Action" I am a little confused as to how to set this up correctly to get the alerts I want. I need it to do the following:
1. Alert me to Warning, Critical and unknown for all the category and sources association that I tick
2. Email me with again; Critical and unknown for all the category and sources association that I tick (the test email works fine)
I know I am probably been a little dense at the moment, but any pointers would be appreciated.
