Optiplex 9010 Image says not enough space and fails

I have created a successfull image of a Optiplex 9010.  It has Windows 7 x64 on it.  I have 20 other 9010s that this image needs to be applied to.  Problem is after the image appears to successfully get applied to one of the other 9010s it fails saying there is not enough hard drive space.  I do have a preinstallation task which always worked with my other Optiplex Windows 7 machines.  It simply creates and names the C and D drive.  It makes the D drive 100 MB and the C is the rest.  My issue is when you look at a 9010 it appears differently.  It has two NTFS drives.  The C is the OS and the D is the OS's RECOVERY drive.  Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

You should look at dumping the recovery partition in your image.  All the time I have worked with 7 it has never been a problem not having it.  It sounds like your deployment is going to the wrong partition.
