All this information is freely available by using Google. First of all, you need to decide what operating system you are targetting. Windows 7 currently supports up to App-V 5.1 whereas Windows 10 comes with a built in App-V client at version 5.2.
You use Powershell commands to publish, import and mount the App-V package.
Again, all this information is readily available on the internet.
