Patch doesn't replace updated files
I created a MSP file using PCP and MsiMsp. The patch installation doesn't install the updated files niether it throws any error. Here is the log snippet.

I have checked below things -
1. MsiFileHash doens't have any entry of versioned files.
2. all the components are following all rules. Verified with ICE validation.

How did you create MSP file? Why can't you try upgrade instead of creating MSP? Is it inhoused msi where you will receive updated dll, exe etc files frequently..
