Patching Domain Controllers with K1000

Hi,

Does anyone know of a reason why our DCs will not patch? I have a number patch schedules where everything else patches fine, but DCs always show "error (Handshake Failed)"

Can you provide any more info? Is there more detailed error info in the logs (usually "c:\ProgramData\Dell\KACE\konea.log")?

Also - are you using SSL connections with your agents? This seems to be a common source of weird errors. - EricAtStauer 5 years ago
- Hi Eric, we do have SSL enabled, but not enforced.
  
  I'll try to have a look at those logs and see if I can spot something.

  - As far as I know, there's nothing that would prevent this, though I can't speak from experience - We use KACE primarily for workstations, our DCs are managed by a different system. - EricAtStauer 5 years ago
