Patching scan / not detecting new Comulative Update

So our environment is still running on windows10 1709. I ran our regular scan and it detected the new 5/2019 Stack update. this all good, but after the update was installed, Kace is not detecting the new cumulative update, which is sitting in the catalog. As far as I know stack updates do not include any cumulative updates. I am confused why is not making it required for all of my devices...


Any ideas?
