KACE Product Support

I'm trying to setup some integration with EMC's ApplicationXtender.  We'd like a way to reach out to the K1000 and locate attachments of tickets in a certain queue.  We already know how to query the database for tickets.  I think i also need to know how the HD_Ticket table and HD_Attachment tie together, i think it has something to do with the HD_Ticket_Change table.

Anyway if there were a way to browse the attachments that would be very handy for this kind of integration.
