Power BI refreshing stats

Hi Everyone,

A couple of years ago, I created a Power BI report for management for ticket stats.  That works great, however I would like to have one that is more real time and refreshes every 5-30 minutes.  I can't find much about mySQL refreshing reports.  I was wondering if someone else was able to get this to work and what they did.


I know that Quest really doesn't support this, but the reporting for ticketing is, what can you say, quite lacking.  Also, I believe Indigo Mountain does some visual statistics for KACE.  Do any of you use them, and what do you think?

  • Thanks for the mention, I’m afraid I can’t answer the BI question, but I’m sure someone will be able to help. With our DASHboard the screen refresh is every few minutes so the graphs are constantly updated, if you have multiple screens to display you can also cycle through the displays and finally while we have a whole bunch of standard Servicedesk reports, which can be formatted in a multitude of different ways, we can also add in custom code reports that can display your own data. - Hobbsy 3 years ago
