Dont do the following if you have a lot of open tickets from a process:

Create a new template for a child ticket

Add the new template as a new child

delete old child

As a result every ticket that is open when touched (closed, saved whatever) is kicking off a new child ticket.  I have over 90 open tickets due to one group not closing their tickets.  Its a real mess and I cannot do anything about it. Kace is just a very weakly structured product that needs drastic improvement. In my opinion of course.  I dont even waste my time making recommendations.. they do what they want.    They wont even address the "run now" button on patches.
