Process Ticket Creation via Email v11

I read in the release notes for the v11 update you can create a process ticket via email by "specifying the process template name in the Subject Field"

I've tried all different combinations to try and get this to work with no avail. How does this need to be composed in the subject field to work?

Examples i've tried in the subject field (with "New Employee" being the Process Template Name).

Process Template New Employee

New Employee Process Ticket

New Employee

The admin guide seems to suggest that the title should be formatted like this

{New Employee} New Starter - Jane Harrison

Ensure the process is in the queue that the email address is for and put the process name first in curly brackets
