Software Deployment

I am trying, so far unsuccessfully, to create a package for Intuit's ProSeries 2005. I have tried Wise package studio, Marimba's shrink tool and even Installrite. I can't figure out the silent options for the vendor supplied package. I called their tech support, I had to explain what application deployment is... nice. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME! THis is killing me.
