Supporting Windows

Having some issues with Windows 7 captures using appdeploy.  Repacking some apps, never had iossues under XP, now windows 7 giving me tons of issues.....wondering if I am missing something?  ie.e should i be turing off UAC, rebooting, installing a certain way...am I missing something magical?

Basic apps....what I am seeing is files coming up as 0 bytes, 2318 errors with no further messages, sometimes everything will look fine and after install a app will launch and freeze.

These are all apps I have packaged before, just nothing seems to work under 7.....any ideas or thoughts?  And yes, the apps work fine under windows 7....

Kind of spinning wheels now.
