Rapidminer is not detected as an installed application.

I want to build a deployment of an application (Rapidminer Studio 6.4).  I've installed the application and forced an inventory of the test machine a few times, and the application still is not detected on the machine.  How do I build a deployment for an application that KACE does not detect.  The application shows up under installed programs, but KACE does not detect it.

Have you checked whether there is an actual entry under the HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Uninstall  registry key?
The apps visible in Add/Remove programs are gathered from more than one source, but I am not sure where KACE looks.  If it looks only under the key above, you may need to generate a key specific to your application under there.

If the application is not detected in the registry as EdT mentioned, then you will need to use a custom inventory rule.  Please see here for more information on custom inventory rules.

if there is ARP entry then KACE should detect it .
You might have to wait as i have seen instances where it takes some time to get reflected on KACE.

or as mentioned by jknox to follow.
