Removing Kace Agent

How can I remove Kace agent when I get BSOD on Windows 10? I don't see kace running as a service, I can't get to a command prompt to stop the service, I've removed the directory in the C: drive by getting to it via admin share? I have another machine that when I log on it just is a black screen I need any help removing the agent.. Also I can't log on locally because the admin password has been changed thank you for all your help

At first you should check what is causing the blue screen.
Simply uninstalling software will really unlikely solve such issues.

But if you want to uninstall the agent, you can simply create a KACE script and fire it from the appliance.

The KACE agent no longer appears in the installed programs list, so the best way to remove it is to run the installer again and choose Remove.  The way you just deleted the program folder is unfortunately a way to start causing BSODs on your computer.
