Report on average ticket open-to-close times

I want a report that can determine, for a given month, the average time for tickets per queue to go from open-to-close.  I want to exclude tickets that are in pending statues and acknowledge the SLA hours setup for business hours and holiday hours.  The wizard doesn't seem to get me where I want and my SQL is poor.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
