SCCM Database errors - MP_Policy.log - CHandlePolicyAssignmentRequest::Execute(): CreatePolicyRequestStagingFile() failed with error: 0x80070020

Need some help PLEASE...We had a Domain Controller that got its date and time changed to 8/04/2029 which has caused all sorts of issues. Now our Sccm clients are not communicating correctly. They will take policy about once per day. If I deploy a new app it will not show up in Software Center until the next day. I have removed and reinstalled both Management Points, which really has not helped. We had a bunch of Certs that were blocked and I have unblocked them, but the MP_Policy.log is still full of the following errors
CPolicyManagerHandler::HandleMessage(): SetComplete(DISCARD) called.
CHandlePolicyAssignmentRequest::CreatePolicyRequestStagingFile: cannot create or find policy request file
CHandlePolicyAssignmentRequest::Execute(): CreatePolicyRequestStagingFile() failed with error: 0x80070020

MP_RegistrationManager.log
Encountered database error while verifying headers for client 'GUID:1A1404D8-373E-46AD-8B77-DECF8FD73FCA' (0x87d00238).
CCMValidateAuthHeaders failed (0x87d00238) to validate headers for client 'GUID:1A1404D8-373E-46AD-8B77-DECF8FD73FCA'.

When looking at our applications and reviewing the Summary Tab of the application the "Last Update" line shows 8/04/2029. When we go to Monitoring and review Client Activity it also shows a "Last updated: 8/4/2029"

I think we have this date stuck somewhere in the database but I can not figure out were.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
