SCCM R2 SP1 - Distribution Server Deployment Issue

I was wondering if anyone could assist here.  I have just built a new SCCM Primary site server and when trying to deploy a new Distribution server I run into the below 3 items (cut out from ccm.log).  Any and all assistance would be appreciated.

  • for error 0x80041010 check this link - the WMI on your distribution server might not be working correctly.
