Script Running as System and Not as Provided Credentials

I am setting up an in-place upgrade from Win7 Enterprise 64bit to Win 10 Enterprise 64bit. I have most of everything running just fine using scripts in K1000 and batch files.

My first script runs the Win10 upgrade with the setup.exe. In that upgrade line I call a local batch file that after the upgrade it done it does some setting changes. When that local batch is done, I have it call a K1000 script. Now here is where things get a little strange. This finial K1000 script does an install of Office 365 v2016 local apps. This last script runs but fails each time stating access denied. Now I have ran this script outside of this process and it works just fine with or without anyone signed into the local system. But if I run it through this process, it runs as the System process and not the selected stored credentials.

So my question is, why is my K1000 script not running as selected?

If you need screen shots or copys of what I am running. I can post but I am in kind of a rush to get this worked out.
