Script to Join a PC to our Domain with Password Encrypted

Hi, I’d like to know is there a program or script that I could place on our IntraNet that people could use to join their PC to our Domain…  However the key requirement for me is to have the Domain Join Account Password hashed out.  

Any suggestions on what I can use? Or where to find?

Or you could use this as well. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3375

 

It creates a new vbs script with the contents encoded so the user can't read it.
