Service desk mobile app?
Any word if a mobile app will be avaliable anytime soon for iOS and / or Android? We really use service desk heavily, but the guys in the field are bugging us to look for a solution that supports these devices... If so, any rough time frame?

If you're referring to the K3000, it's scheduled for release Fall 2012. See this:
If you're instead referring to accessing the K1000/K2000 from these devices, some things are a little off (drop-down menus in particular in iOS), but it works fine otherwise (I've done this in Safari over a 3G + VPN connection on my iPhone). Would be *very* cool if they actually had a management app scaled for small screens, though.
