Set compatibility layer during and after install
I would like to suggest the ability to set the compatibility layer during re-packaging both for the installer you are trying to re-package and for the finished MSI.

Done, wasn't sure if I should post it here or there because the pinned sticky up the top says to open a new thread so I did that first.
