Is only Possible to run a .exe Setup ?
Can't run Setup Manual ? and leave this field blank ?

I haven't tried this, but I think you could choose an arbitrary .exe, then after the first snapshot choose "Don't launch", and then manually launch whatever you want to. The second snapshot will pick up whatever you ran.

This is on our feature request list now -- for the moment you need to specify "something" which could just be something like notepad, then run what you like when the time comes.
