Shortcut going to selfhealing

First time if we launch a shotcut apllication is opening with out any errors but after launching the shortcut second time application going to self healing

Did you set any temp file as KeyPath? Check EventViewer

Check Evenvwr and see which component guid is triggering self heal. Go to that component using guid and see what is the keypath of that component. Check if it is getting deleted while launching the shortcut.
