SMA: Ticket template header separators

Seems like a glaring omission is section headers in ticket templates.  I've come up with a kludge but concerned it will cause issues.  Now this is for offboard/onboard so not a ton of tickets.. maybe 200 a year but here it is and does anyone think this a impending doom move.

For a header I create a custom field. Give it a label name that is appropriate, and auto enter _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________  into it.  Then in the template make it read only.  

Wish we could use html in a template.

Using ticket field labels or read only text to show instruction and break up the tickets is the only way we have found to put in this kind of text. Also using blank, no title, custom fields to create breaks can also be useful if you are not using templates. go to KACE.Uservoice.com and add your request.
