No, but that's not really an issue as the bubble reverts back after it's closed and the bubble can't write to the file system / registry.

I talked with a product engineer about this and AV is able to detect and shut down malware executeables but not remove them from the sequence. Reverting the sequence does remove the infected files but it should be known that it is hard for malware to get into a Sequence to begin with and if the process is shut down then there is no real threat for the infection to spread. I asked for the ability to clean sequences with AV as a nice to have but I am unsure of how you can do this without making it easier for viruses to get into sequences.
