softgrid squence issue ,need help
i use softgrid squence to squence my program,and it is nothing wrong after i click StopMonitor button,but click next and click launch ,Resiliency happened ,it seems that the program i installed lost some files,so it need resetup itself ,but i launch it by myself(not using the squence tool),it's ok.
and i continue my sequece and save it ,then deploy it into server,after that i run it in the client side ,the start ui starts ,then i used it ,suddenly the program crash----the client service said "the progam shut down"
i do not know why and how i can solve it ,is there someone who can tell me how i should do to solve it

will the softgrid sequece tool record the instatllation information when Resiliency happens after i chick lunch buton?

Yes, SoftGrid will store the MSI configuration information inside the sequence. You shouldn't use self healing inside a sequence but SoftGrid does allow it just in case the self healing will allow the user to continue working.

You would look in the application event log of the system running the application. In there you should have some error messages from Windows Installer indicating what it is self healing. The problem with the error messages is that it will indicate a component GUID which means you better know Windows Installer because you'll have to look at the MSI and find the component that is self healing. Once you have found the component you have to look at the key path for the component because the key path will be the reason why (missing file, registry, ini file, etc...).
