after a quick google I found this....

Although the error code that you have is not listed, it does show how (using a power shell script) how you can get it...
Another possibility is to convert what you have to HEX...
-2146233079 -> FFFFFFFF80131509
Remove the FF's -> 80131509 a google search with this
(sccm 2012 error code 80131509) got me this...
