SSL cert is invalid from DigiCert on Kace 9.1.317

Greetings,


I created certificate request to DigiCert following Kace guides. They sent me cert, I applied it, it hows good until 2021 but cert is still invalid for some reason in browsers.

The browser is accessing the site dotsapp21.xx.edu but your certificate is for kace.x.edu. The names do not much so should generate a ssl error. Use the same server name in the browser as the ssl certificate was issue for.
