Switching K1000 from VMware host to Hyper-V and users not able to connect

Following Quest's suggestion to move K1000 off of unsupported host to Windows Server 2019 with Hyper-V as new location. Once set up, you can reach the SMA login page from  the browser of the host but not from anywhere else. The K1000 is public facing. I am not a network guru so I am sure there must be something misconfigured. Everything worked fine before the transition. No changes have been made to networking. The host firewall is disabled. Thank you for your help!

Was the SMA setup for AD integration, as that is where logon is authenticated, so if your new virtual box is unable to reach your AD box, you will not be able to login. Having said that Admin logon should still work regardless.

Fix: there was an error in the routing tables. The network team resolved the issue. Thanks for the advice!
