  • if you are using the default kace email rules i believe this to be true,

    We had this issue, when our serivcedesk manager would go in a month later and update ticket fields where the team hadn't checked the tickets right. This would send the users an email stating their old ticket has been updated. - chris.poston 6 years ago
  • Might be worth a mention on (https://kace.uservoice.com/) to get this changed possibly in a future update. - chris.poston 6 years ago
