Ticket process parent closing upon approval before child ticket is closed...
I've created our first ticket process. Very simple. One approval and one child ticket.
As soon as approval is given, the parent ticket closes and the child is opened.
The expected behavour I'm looking for is for the parent ticket to stay open until the child ticket is closed.
I've got no ticket rules setup for this.
What am I missing here?
