Tips For k1000, update inventory

I have some devices that appears online in the inventory but do not update the inventory, some of them are like 30 days without updating it. i want to know some tips to solve this problem without restarting the PC or being invasive with the user.

1, restart the agent.

2. check the disk size.

3. also note if inventory file is getting created.
