Software Deployment

All, I need to include an exe into my msi's that basically popsup the following info, app name and package version. Here's the kicker, I need to include this into my template (AdminStudio 5.5 ism) and make it easy to modify for my fellow repackagers at this client. If possible I would like to avoid writing this in isscript so I don't have to deploy the engine. The file does have to end up as an exe in CommonFilesFolder\dir and can be manipulated manually during the repack. Thanx for any help, and I will provide any info that could be needed. Mike
