Does anyone know the silent install path for MDT with Trend Micro? I tried with setup.exe and setup.exe /s

Have you tried Trend's recommendation? http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-US/1055502.aspx
Doubtful that it applies to a home-use product though. You may have to repackage; check if this is acceptable in the EULA though. Possibly not okay to distribute home-licensing products like this.
