Trouble with IPhone IOS 13

Implementing an Iphone Device into the MDM works. We can push for example Outlook Web App to the device successfully. The moment the user starts the app we have huge delays on the keyboard, scrolling etc. So the app is not useable. With IOS 12 things worked better. Any ideas on that? Or do the issues come from another setting?

If we install the web app manually things work fine.

Hope somebody can help.

In the Outlook app configuration that you're sending down to the device, make sure that the UPN field under Account Restrictions is cleared out. That setting causes the Outlook app to become unresponsive in my testing.
