KACE Product Support Question

Trying too figure out where I can edit the template that goes to our service desk team when a ticket is re-opened.

 Currently the link included is "You may review the ticket here: http://support.<yourcompany>.com/adminui/ticket?ID=". Should just need to edit that line to include the correct URL but having trouble locating it in Kace admin console.

  • Nevermind i found it, MIS Help Desk › Configuration › CustomerResponded Detail. Dunno why that one is sending a reopen'd message but whatever.
