Unable to run .exe file manually , but it runs by clicking .bat file

Unable to run .exe file by using double click(manually) and its gives a error "This binary cannot be started directly.Please use the script in the media root directory" , But it runs by using .bat script ( but this is a simple 2 line  script it is just calling the same .exe file, Please suggest me how can i run that .exe manually?

How are you moving the file over?  You might try copying it over if you sole intention is to manually run the .exe rather than using a script to run it.
